Ever Rabadan

Ever began his journey with Pioneer Wealth Management Group as an intern in 2021 before expanding his experience through teaching abroad in Riano, Spain and later in San Antonio with Teach For America.

These experiences shaped his approach to financial planning, grounded in clear communication, empathy, and meeting people where they are. He believes financial planning, at its best, is a form of teaching that helps clients understand their options, make informed decisions, and move forward with confidence.
As a first-generation college graduate, Ever knows firsthand how the right guidance can change a family’s trajectory. He is currently channeling that passion into his CFP® certification as he works toward becoming a lead financial planner

Though born in Louisville, Kentucky, San Antonio really raised him, and he now calls Kyle, Texas, home. When he’s not studying or in the office, you’ll likely find him on a volleyball court with his cousin, training for a marathon, or with varying degrees of success, learning to wakeboard. He lives for adventures with his girlfriend, Melina, and their sweet dog, Ghost, though he’ll freely admit he’s mostly in it for Melina’s legendary homemade brownies.
